Refund and Cancellation Policy 

  1. There will be no refund for any cancellation. However, the registration can be transferred to another author/attendee if cancellation is before 30 Aug 2021
  2. After cancellation, the corresponding final paper will be excluded in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

Note

  1. At least ONE author MUST register and compulsorily present the paper/poster.
  2. All registered and presented papers/posters will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
  3. Students must upload a full-time student card or input a full-time student card number during online registration.
  4. Member special fee applies for individual members of IEEE at the time of registration and will be verified during the registration. 
  5. Each attendee must register separately.
  6. ONE Registration Fees covers maximum of ONE conference paper.
